Ingredients:
100 g wild berries
1 banana
1 tbsp fresh mint
150 ml milk
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cinnamon

Preparation

  • Add the wild berries to the blender. If they are frozen, let them partially thaw before mixing.
  • Break the banana into pieces, then add it to the blender as well.
  • Add fresh mint leaves, honey and cinnamon.
  • Finally, add a glass of cold milk and mix everything together in a blender.
