100 g wild berries |
1 banana |
1 tbsp fresh mint |
150 ml milk |
1 tbsp honey |
1 tbsp cinnamon |
Preparation
- Add the wild berries to the blender. If they are frozen, let them partially thaw before mixing.
- Break the banana into pieces, then add it to the blender as well.
- Add fresh mint leaves, honey and cinnamon.
- Finally, add a glass of cold milk and mix everything together in a blender.
