- At the end, reduce the mixing to the lowest speed and gradually add flour and baking powder. Mix briefly until the ingredients are combined.
- Pour the prepared mixture into the pan and spread it evenly with a spoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.

- To prepare the filling, add 2dl of water and 400g of wild berries to a small pot and bring to a boil.
- Mix 4 tablespoons of cold water with 4 tablespoons of thickeners in a glass.
- When the water with the wild berries boils, pour in the whipped mixture while stirring. While stirring gently, continue to cook for about 2 minutes until everything thickens enough. Turn off the heat and let it stand for at least 5 minutes.
- After that, sweeten the filling with a spoonful of honey or some other healthy sweetener.
- When you take the biscuit base out of the oven, pour the prepared wild berry filling over the base and spread it evenly with a spoon.
