400 integral spelled flour |

Preparation
- Add spelled flour, dry yeast, salt and seeds to the bowl.
- Then pour about 2 cups of water and a little olive oil. Stir the mixture with a spoon until it is compact. The dough will be sticky, but that's exactly how it should be.
- Cover the bowl with a towel and leave it in a warm place for at least 1 hour for the dough to rise.
- After that, toss the raised dough on a clean surface that you previously covered with a little flour. Knead the dough briefly and shape as desired. Pyrrhic flour has a lower gluten content than wheat flour, so it is not necessary or recommended to knead it for too long.
- Prepare a baking tray and line it with a baking paper. Transfer the shaped dough to the baking paper, place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, and bake for 50 minutes.
- When the bread is baked, sprinkle it with a few drops of water and then cover with a clean towel until it cools.
After that, enjoy the soft, healthy and delicious bread. Like any other, store the bread in a bag to keep it soft for longer.
