200 g wholemeal pasta |
300 g cucumbers |
1 onion (100 g) |
200 g Greek yogurt |
50 g feta cheese |
1 tbsp olive oil |
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar |
1 tbsp dill |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/5 pepper |
2 tsp sesame |
Preparation
- Add the pasta to the hot, slightly salted water. Let it cook for about 15 minutes, depending on the instructions on the package.
- Wash the cucumbers well, cut them into slices, and add them to the bowl. You can peel the cucumbers beforehand, but it is preferable not to peel them because the majority of the nutrients are hidden in the skin.
- Peel the onion, chop it, and add it to the bowl together with the cucumbers.
- Drain the cooked pasta and mix it in a bowl with pre-sliced vegetables.
- Cut the feta cheese into cubes and add to the bowl. Then gently mix in the yogurt.
- Pour over everything a little bit of olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
- Season with salt, dill, and a pinch of pepper and mix everything gently.
- You can additionally sprinkle the prepared salad with a little sesame, which will give the salad that extra charm.
You can serve this delicious salad warm or chill it in the refrigerator for extra refreshment. Cucumber salad is one of the easiest ways to take advantage of the cucumber season and enjoy its benefits. With the addition of pasta and yogurt, this refreshing salad can be served as a side dish or as a main course.

Summer is the time when we look for quick and easy recipes, and cucumber salad with pasta is one of my favorite dishes.
